The Metro C535-CFS-L-BU is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. Featuring the innovative Blue Insulation Armour™, this mobile cabinet ensures superior insulation for maintaining consistent temperatures. It accommodates up to 17 standard 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides positioned on 1 1/2" centers, allowing for efficient organization and access. The cabinet is equipped with a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F, providing precise temperature control for various food items. Built with durable aluminum and mounted on 5" casters (two with brakes), it offers easy mobility and stability. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
