The Metro C535-CFS-L-GY is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal performance and mobility. Featuring the innovative C5™ 3 Series technology, this cabinet is equipped with Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency. It includes a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature management. With a capacity for (17) 18" x 26" pans, the cabinet utilizes lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers for easy access and organization. The sturdy aluminum construction ensures durability, while the 5" casters, two of which have brakes, provide effortless mobility. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, this unit is cULus and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen environment.
