The Metro C535-CFS-L is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal performance and mobility. Featuring the innovative Red Insulation Armour™, this insulated cabinet and door ensure efficient temperature retention. It accommodates up to 17 standard 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides positioned on 1 1/2" centers, making it versatile for various food items. The removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance, while the thermostat can be set up to 200°F for precise temperature control. Equipped with 5" casters, including two with brakes, this cabinet is easy to maneuver and secure in place. Constructed from durable aluminum, it operates on 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. Certified by cULus and NSF, the Metro C535-CFS-L is a reliable choice for maintaining food quality in any commercial kitchen setting.
