Description
The Metro C535-CLFC-4-GY is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and mobility. Featuring lower wattage for energy savings, it is equipped with Grey Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal retention. The cabinet includes a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility of contents and a removable bottom mount control module for convenient access. With a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, it ensures precise temperature control for optimal food holding and proofing. The fixed wire slides are spaced on 3" centers, accommodating up to eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. The unit is mounted on 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability during use. Constructed from durable aluminum, it operates on 120v/60/1 ph with a power rating of 1440 watts and 12 amps. Certified by cULus and NSF 7, this cabinet is a reliable choice for maintaining food quality in commercial settings.
