Description
The Metro C535-CLFC-L-BU is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and mobility. Featuring the innovative Blue Insulation Armour™, this cabinet ensures optimal temperature retention while operating at lower wattage. It accommodates up to 17 standard 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides positioned on 1-1/2" centers, making it ideal for various food storage needs. The clear polycarbonate door provides visibility while maintaining insulation, and the removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance. With a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, this cabinet is perfect for holding and proofing baked goods. It is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability during transport. Constructed from durable aluminum, it operates on 120v/60/1-ph with a power rating of 1440 watts and 12 amps. Certified by cULus and NSF, this cabinet meets high standards for safety and performance.
