Description
The Metro C535-CLFC-L-GY is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and mobility. This C5™ 3 Series model features lower wattage for energy savings while maintaining optimal performance. It is equipped with Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency and a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility of contents. The cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature control. It accommodates up to 17 standard 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers, making it versatile for various food items. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates on 120v/60/1-ph, with a power rating of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation requirements.
