Description
The Metro C535-CLFC-L is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and mobility. This C5™ 3 Series model features lower wattage for energy savings while maintaining optimal performance. It is equipped with Red Insulation Armour™ for superior heat retention and a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility of contents. The cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature management. It accommodates up to 17 standard 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers, making it versatile for various food items. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates at 120v/60/1-ph, with a power rating of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and quality for commercial kitchen environments.
