Description
The Metro C535-CLFC-U-BU is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. Featuring the innovative Blue Insulation Armour™, this cabinet maintains optimal temperatures while using lower wattage. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents, while the removable bottom mount control module simplifies operation and maintenance. With a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, it ensures precise temperature control for various food items. The universal wire slides are spaced on 3" centers and can be adjusted in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (8) 18" x 26" pans or (16) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates at 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps. Certified by cULus and NSF, it meets high standards for safety and performance.
