Description
The Metro C535-CLFC-U is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and mobility. Featuring the innovative Red Insulation Armour™, this cabinet maintains optimal temperatures while using lower wattage. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents, while the removable bottom mount control module simplifies operation and maintenance. Equipped with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, it ensures precise temperature control for various food items. The universal wire slides, spaced on 3" centers and adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodate up to (8) 18" x 26" or (16) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, providing versatile storage options. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates at 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in any commercial kitchen setting.
