Description
The Metro C535-CLFS-4-BU is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and mobility. Featuring the innovative Blue Insulation Armour™, this cabinet ensures optimal temperature retention while operating at lower wattage. It accommodates up to eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, supported by fixed wire slides on 3" centers. The thermostat allows precise temperature control up to 200°F, making it ideal for various food holding and proofing needs. The removable bottom mount control module simplifies maintenance, while the sturdy aluminum construction ensures durability. Equipped with 5" casters, including two with brakes, this cabinet is easy to move and secure in place. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
