Description
The Metro C535-HFC-4-BU is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This half-height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency, ensuring your food stays at the perfect temperature. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents without opening the cabinet. Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, it offers a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F for precise temperature control. The cabinet includes fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating either eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, providing versatile storage options. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates on 120v/60/1 phase power, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and quality for commercial kitchen environments.
