Description
The Metro C535-HFC-4 is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This half-height unit features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency, ensuring your dishes stay warm and ready to serve. The clear polycarbonate door provides visibility while maintaining insulation. Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, the cabinet allows for easy temperature adjustments up to 200°F via a precise thermostat. It accommodates various pan sizes with fixed wire slides on 3" centers, holding either eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use. Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
