Description
The Metro C535-HFC-L-GY is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This half-height unit features Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention and a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility of contents. It includes a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature management. With a capacity for (17) 18" x 26" pans, this cabinet is equipped with lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers for easy loading and unloading. The durable aluminum construction and 5" casters (two with brakes) provide mobility and stability. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph, it delivers 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, meeting cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
