The Metro C535-HFS-4 is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food temperature maintenance. This half-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency, ensuring your dishes stay warm and ready to serve. It includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, allowing precise temperature management. The cabinet is equipped with fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating up to eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, providing versatile storage options. Its durable aluminum construction ensures longevity, while the 5" casters, two of which have brakes, facilitate easy mobility and stability. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, this cabinet is cULus and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
