The Metro C535-HFS-L-BU is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This half-height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency, ensuring your dishes remain at the perfect serving temperature. It includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, allowing precise temperature management. The cabinet accommodates up to 17 standard 18" x 26" pans, utilizing lip load slides positioned on 1 1/2" centers for easy access and organization. Built with durable aluminum, it is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for secure positioning. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, this unit meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
