The Metro C535-HFS-L-GY is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This half-height cabinet features Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention, ensuring your food stays at the perfect temperature. It includes a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F for precise temperature management. With a capacity for 17 standard 18" x 26" pans, this cabinet is equipped with lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers for easy access and organization. The durable aluminum construction ensures longevity, while the 5" casters, two of which have brakes, provide mobility and stability. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
