Description
The Metro C535-HFS-U is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This half-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency, ensuring your dishes stay warm and ready to serve. The insulated cabinet and door enhance heat retention, while the removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance. Equipped with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F, this cabinet provides precise temperature control. It includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (8) 18" x 26" or (16) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. The 5" casters, with two featuring brakes, ensure easy mobility and stability during use. Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet operates at 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens seeking efficiency and quality in food holding solutions.
