Description
The Metro C535-HLFC-4 is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This half-height unit features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention, ensuring your food stays at optimal temperatures. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents without opening the cabinet. Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, it offers a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F for precise temperature management. The cabinet includes fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating either eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, providing versatile storage options. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any food service environment.
