Description
The Metro C535-HLFC-L-GY is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This half-height unit features lower wattage for energy savings while maintaining optimal performance. Insulated with Grey Insulation Armour™, it ensures consistent temperature retention. The clear polycarbonate door provides visibility of contents without opening the cabinet. Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, it allows for easy access and maintenance. The thermostat is adjustable up to 200°F, catering to various holding needs. It accommodates up to 17 standard 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers, maximizing storage capacity. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in food service environments.
