Description
The Metro C535-HLFC-L is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This half-height unit features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention, ensuring your food stays warm and ready to serve. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents without opening the cabinet, while the removable bottom mount control module simplifies maintenance. Equipped with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, this cabinet provides precise temperature control. It accommodates up to 17 standard 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers, making it ideal for various food storage needs. The cabinet is constructed from durable aluminum and features 5" casters, two of which have brakes for secure positioning. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
