The Metro C535-HLFC-S is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This half-height unit features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention, ensuring your food stays at optimal temperatures. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents while maintaining insulation. Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, it offers a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F for precise temperature management. The cabinet includes two adjustable wire shelves, providing flexible storage options for various food items. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability when stationary. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph with a power rating of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF 7 standards, making it a reliable choice for food service environments.
