Description
The Metro C535-HLFC-U-GY is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This half-height cabinet features lower wattage for energy savings and is equipped with Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents while maintaining optimal temperature. The removable bottom mount control module includes a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature management. It accommodates various pan sizes with universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, allowing for (8) 18" x 26" pans or (16) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen setting.
