This half-height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention, ensuring your food stays warm and ready to serve. It operates at a lower wattage, making it energy-efficient while maintaining a maximum temperature of 200°F through an easy-to-use thermostat. The cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module for straightforward operation and maintenance. It is equipped with fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating up to eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, providing versatile storage options. The durable aluminum construction ensures longevity, while the 5" casters, two of which have brakes, allow for easy mobility and stability. With a power requirement of 120v/60/1-ph, 1440 watts, and 12 amps, this cabinet is cULus and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen setting.
