Description
The Metro C535-HLFS-4-GY is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This half-height cabinet features lower wattage for energy savings while maintaining optimal temperature control. It is equipped with Grey Insulation Armour™ for enhanced insulation and durability. The removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance, while the thermostat can be set up to 200°F for precise temperature management. The cabinet includes fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating up to eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, providing versatile storage options. Mobility is ensured with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from aluminum, this unit operates at 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen setting.
