Description
The Metro C535-HLFS-L-BU is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This half-height unit features Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention, ensuring your food stays at optimal temperatures. With a lower wattage of 1440 watts and a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, it provides reliable heating while being energy-efficient. The cabinet accommodates up to 17 standard 18" x 26" pans, utilizing lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers for easy access and organization. Its removable bottom mount control module simplifies maintenance and operation. Built with durable aluminum and equipped with 5" casters (two with brakes), this cabinet is easy to maneuver and secure in place. Operating on 120v/60/1 ph and drawing 12 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
