Description
The Metro C535-HLFS-L is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This half-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior heat retention and energy efficiency. It accommodates up to 17 standard 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides positioned on 1-1/2" centers, ensuring easy access and organization. Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, the thermostat allows precise temperature control up to 200°F. The cabinet is constructed from durable aluminum and includes 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during transport. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph, it delivers 1440 watts and 12 amps, meeting cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance. Ideal for food service operations, this heated cabinet ensures your dishes remain at the perfect serving temperature.
