Description
The Metro C535-HLFS-U is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This half-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior heat retention and energy efficiency. It operates at a lower wattage, making it an eco-friendly choice without compromising performance. The cabinet is equipped with a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature control for your food items. It includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (8) 18" x 26" or (16) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, with a power rating of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in any food service environment.
