The Metro C535-MFC-4 is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. Featuring the innovative C5™ 3 Series Moisture Heated technology, this cabinet ensures consistent temperature and humidity control, with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F. The Red Insulation Armour™ enhances energy efficiency while maintaining the ideal environment for your dishes. This mobile unit is equipped with a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility and access. The removable bottom mount control module simplifies operation and maintenance. It includes fixed wire slides spaced on 3" centers, accommodating up to eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, providing versatile storage options. Built with durable aluminum and featuring 5" casters (two with brakes) for easy mobility, the cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph power, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps.
