Description
The Metro C535-MFC-L-BU is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This C5™ 3 Series model features Blue Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal efficiency. The cabinet is mobile, equipped with 5" casters (two with brakes) for easy maneuverability. It includes a clear polycarbonate door for visibility and accessibility, while the removable bottom mount control module allows for convenient adjustments. The thermostat can be set up to 200°F, and moisture control ensures ideal conditions for proofing. With a capacity for (17) 18" x 26" pans on lip load slides spaced 1 1/2" apart, this cabinet maximizes storage efficiency. Constructed from durable aluminum, it operates on 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. Certified by cULus and NSF, it meets high standards for safety and performance.
