Description
The Metro C535-MFC-L is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal moisture retention and temperature control. Featuring the innovative C5™ 3 Series technology, this cabinet is equipped with Red Insulation Armour™ for enhanced energy efficiency. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents while maintaining insulation. It includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F and moisture control settings, ensuring precise environment management. The cabinet accommodates up to 17 standard 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides positioned on 1 1/2" centers for easy access. Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, the unit operates on 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
