The Metro C535-MFS-4-BU is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. Featuring the innovative C5™ 3 Series Moisture Heated technology, this cabinet ensures consistent temperature and humidity control, with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F. The Blue Insulation Armour™ enhances energy efficiency, while the mobile design with 5" casters (two equipped with brakes) allows for easy maneuverability. This insulated cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module for convenient access and maintenance. It accommodates a variety of pan sizes, with fixed wire slides on 3" centers that hold either eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. Certified by cULus and NSF, the Metro C535-MFS-4-BU is an essential addition to any commercial kitchen, ensuring your food stays at the perfect temperature and moisture level.
