Description
The Metro C535-MFS-4 is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This mobile unit features the innovative C5™ 3 Series Moisture Heated technology, ensuring consistent temperature and humidity control. The cabinet is insulated with Red Insulation Armour™, enhancing energy efficiency and maintaining ideal conditions for your food items. Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, the cabinet allows for easy adjustments with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F. It includes fixed wire slides on 3-inch centers, accommodating up to eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, providing versatile storage options. The cabinet is constructed from durable aluminum and features 5-inch casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
