Description
The Metro C535-MFS-U-BU is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This C5™ 3 Series model features Blue Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal efficiency. It is mobile and equipped with an insulated cabinet and door to maintain consistent temperatures. The removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance, while the thermostat can be set up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature control. Moisture control capabilities help maintain the ideal environment for proofing dough. The cabinet includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (8) 18" x 26" or (16) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. It is built with durable aluminum and features 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
