Description
The Metro C537-CFC-L-BU is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This 3/4 height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency. It includes a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility and access. The removable bottom mount control module allows for convenient adjustments, with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F. Designed to accommodate a variety of food items, it has lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers, providing a capacity for (27) 18" x 26" pans. The cabinet is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability during use. Constructed from durable aluminum, it operates on 120v/60/1-ph power, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. Certified by cULus and NSF, this cabinet ensures compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
