Description
The Metro C537-CFS-4 is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This 3/4 height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency, ensuring consistent temperatures up to 200°F. The insulated cabinet and door maintain heat while minimizing energy loss. Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, it allows for easy access and maintenance. The cabinet includes fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating up to 14 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 26 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, providing versatile storage options for various food items. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use. Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, featuring a NEMA 5-20P plug. The unit is cULus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
