Description
The Metro C537-CFS-L-BU is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This 3/4 height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency, ensuring consistent temperatures up to 200°F. Its insulated cabinet and door maintain heat while minimizing energy loss. The removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance. With lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers, it accommodates up to 27 standard 18" x 26" pans, making it ideal for high-volume operations. The cabinet is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for secure positioning. Constructed from durable aluminum, it operates on 120v/60/1 phase with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps.
