Description
The Metro C537-CLFC-L-BU is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This 3 Series C5™ model features lower wattage for energy savings while maintaining optimal performance. It is equipped with Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency and a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility of contents. The cabinet stands at a 3/4 height and includes a removable bottom mount control module, allowing for easy access and maintenance. It features a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature control for various holding and proofing needs. The cabinet can accommodate up to 27 standard 18" x 26" pans, with lip load slides positioned on 1-1/2" centers for versatile storage options. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on a 120v/60/1-ph power supply, drawing 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation requirements.
