Description
The Metro C537-CLFC-L-GY is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This 3/4 height cabinet features lower wattage operation with Grey Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal efficiency. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents while maintaining optimal temperature. Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, it offers precise temperature control up to 200°F. The cabinet accommodates up to 27 standard 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers, making it ideal for various food storage needs. Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates on 120v/60/1 ph, consuming 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in any commercial kitchen environment.
