Description
The Metro C537-CLFC-U-BU is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This 3/4 height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal efficiency, ensuring optimal temperature retention. The clear polycarbonate door provides visibility while maintaining insulation. Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, the cabinet allows for easy adjustments and maintenance. The thermostat is adjustable up to 200°F, catering to various holding and proofing needs. It includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to 14 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 26 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, with two featuring brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, consuming 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in commercial settings.
