Description
The Metro C537-CLFS-4-BU is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This 3/4 height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention, ensuring optimal temperature control. It operates with a lower wattage, making it energy-efficient while maintaining a thermostat range up to 200°F. The cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module for easy access and maintenance. It is equipped with fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating up to 14 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 26 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates on 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
