Description
The Metro C537-CLFS-L-GY is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This 3/4 height cabinet features lower wattage for energy savings while maintaining optimal performance. Constructed with Grey Insulation Armour™, it ensures superior insulation for consistent temperature control. The cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F, allowing for precise temperature management. It accommodates up to 27 pans measuring 18" x 26" with lip load slides positioned on 1-1/2" centers, maximizing storage capacity. Equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability, this aluminum cabinet is easy to maneuver. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
