Description
The Metro C537-CLFS-L is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This 3/4 height cabinet features lower wattage operation with Red Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal efficiency. It includes an insulated cabinet and door, ensuring optimal temperature retention. The removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance, while the thermostat can be set up to 200°F for precise temperature control. With a capacity for (27) 18" x 26" pans, this cabinet is equipped with lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers for easy loading and unloading. The unit is supported by durable 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability during use. Constructed from aluminum, the cabinet operates at 120v/60/1-ph with a power rating of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
