Description
The Metro C537-CLFS-U-BU is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This 3/4 height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention, ensuring optimal temperature control. It operates with a lower wattage of 1440 watts and a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, making it ideal for various food holding and proofing needs. The cabinet is equipped with universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to 14 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 26 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Its removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance. Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet is mobile with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability. Operating on 120v/60/1 ph and drawing 12 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in any commercial kitchen setting.
