Description
The Metro C537-CLFS-U-GY is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This 3/4 height cabinet features lower wattage for energy savings, while the Grey Insulation Armour™ ensures optimal temperature retention. The insulated cabinet and door maintain consistent heat, with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F. It includes a removable bottom mount control module for easy access and maintenance. The universal wire slides are spaced on 3" centers and adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to 14 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 26 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability, this cabinet is constructed from durable aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1 ph with a power rating of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
