The Metro C537-HFC-4-BU is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This 3/4 height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal efficiency, ensuring your food stays at the perfect temperature. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents without opening the cabinet. Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, it offers a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F for precise temperature management. The cabinet includes fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating up to 14 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 26 half-size 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, providing versatile storage options. Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, with two featuring brakes for stability when stationary. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates on 120v/60/1-ph power, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
