Description
The Metro C537-HFC-L-BU is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This 3/4 height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents while maintaining insulation. Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, it offers precise temperature control up to 200°F via an adjustable thermostat. The cabinet accommodates up to 27 standard 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides positioned on 1 1/2" centers, ensuring easy access and organization. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates on 120v/60/1 phase power, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
