Description
The Metro C537-HFC-L-GY is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This 3/4 height cabinet features Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents while maintaining temperature integrity. Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, it offers a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F for precise temperature management. The cabinet accommodates up to 27 pans measuring 18" x 26" with lip load slides positioned on 1 1/2" centers, ensuring easy access and organization. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates on 120v/60/1 phase with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
