The Metro C537-HFS-4-BU is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This 3/4 height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency, ensuring your food stays at the perfect temperature. The insulated cabinet and door enhance heat retention, while the removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance. Equipped with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F, this cabinet provides precise temperature control. It includes fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating up to 14 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 26 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, making it versatile for various food storage needs. The 5" casters, with two featuring brakes, ensure easy mobility and stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps.
