Description
The Metro C537-HFS-4 is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food temperature maintenance. This 3/4 height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency. It includes a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature control. The cabinet is equipped with fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating up to 14 pans measuring 18" x 26" or 26 pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2 1/2". Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates on 120v/60/1 phase with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
