Description
The Metro C537-HFS-L-BU is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food temperature maintenance. This 3/4 height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency. It includes an insulated cabinet and door, ensuring consistent heat retention. The removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance, while the adjustable thermostat can reach temperatures up to 200°F. With lip load slides positioned on 1 1/2" centers, this cabinet accommodates up to 27 standard 18" x 26" pans. It is equipped with durable 5" casters, two of which have brakes for secure positioning. Constructed from aluminum, the cabinet operates at 120v/60/1 phase, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. Certified by cULus and NSF, this heated cabinet is ideal for maintaining food quality in any mobile setting.
